Our rates apply to stays of three or more nights and show the cost per night for this fabulous apartment that sleeps up to four. Rates are negotiable for longer visits. Off-peak season is from November until Christmas and after New Year through to Easter period. There is a supplement of 25 percent for stays at the peak periods of Christmas, New Year, Easter and on the GSMA Mobile World Congress week. 2 night stays may be considered if they fall between existing reservations or low season weekends. There are no hidden costs for cleaning, early departures, late arrivals etc. All our prices are tax inclusive.
