Two adjacent apartments
We have carefully restored and modernised two beautiful rental flats in the heart of the Eixample district in Barcelona, Spain.
The flats date from the year 1900 and have original "Escofet" tiled floors and period features. We have worked carefully with designers and specialists to retain the original features whilst bringing the apartments into the 21st century by including stylish modern kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and air conditioning.
Apartment 1B (Sunrise) has a small balcony overlooking the street. The view from the balcony in 1A (Sunset) is of the inside of the manzana (block). The master bedroom in 1A has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a shower room adjacent to the second bedroom. Both apartments are very comfortable for up to four guests with two double bedrooms. 1B has more natural light in the morning and 1A receives the evening sun.

Notes
Our rates apply to stays of three or more nights and show the cost per night for the two fabulous apartments combined so they can sleep up to eight. Rates are negotiable for longer visits. Off-peak season is from November until Christmas and from Christmas trough to Easter period. There is a supplement of 25 percent for stays at the peak periods of Christmas, New Year, Easter and on the GSMA Mobile World Congress week. 2 night stays may be considered if they fall between existing reservations or low season weekends. There are no hidden costs for cleaning, early departures, late arrivals etc. All our prices are tax inclusive.
